Data collected
The contact form collects your name, company, job title, email address, annual aluminium volume and message. The booking module collects your name, email address and the slot you choose. No other data is requested.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to answer your request and to arrange a discovery call. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form or booking a slot.
Recipients
Data is stored in HubSpot for customer relationship management and in Calendly for booking. It is neither sold nor passed to third parties for advertising.
Retention
Contact data is kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to DiXiD through the contact form. You may refer the matter to the CNIL if the answer does not satisfy you.
Cookies
The website sets no analytics or advertising cookie. The Calendly and HubSpot modules may set cookies needed for their own operation when you use them.
